Monthly Rose AI Statement
Version 1 · October 2026
Some features of Monthly Rose use generative artificial intelligence (AI). This page explains what is AI-generated, how we label it, and what is sent to the AI. Operator: Xiamen Yunci Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (厦门云磁数字科技有限公司).
1. Features that use AI
- Talk: the written replies of Rosie, the AI counselor; when you call Rosie, her voice is AI-synthesized too.
- AI insights: cycle reports, pregnancy / postpartum summaries, Ask about your body, reminder explanations, the daily line on Today, and Plus phase tips.
- AI assistant: a sentence your phone can't understand on its own is passed to the AI to work out which action you mean; anything that changes your data only happens after you tap OK.
- Circle: posts drafted with AI by the official account carry an "AI-assisted" label and are reviewed by a person before posting. There are no AI-generated users and no automatic AI posting.
Monthly Rose doesn't generate images or video. Period and fertile-window predictions and all reminders are calculated on your phone with fixed rules, not by AI.
2. How AI content is labeled
- The Talk screen says "AI counselor" at the top, and every reply carries "Rosie is an AI and can't replace professional help."
- Every AI insight ends with "AI-generated from your records, for reference only — not medical advice. If you feel unwell, please see a doctor."
- The call screen always shows "Rosie's answers and voice are AI-generated, for reference only, and no substitute for professional help."
- AI-drafted posts in Circle are marked "Written with AI assistance and reviewed by a person before posting".
3. What is sent to the AI
- Insights and tips use only a de-identified summary — numbers such as cycle phase, cycle length and mood and sleep statistics. It doesn't include specific dates, your name, phone number, account, photos, the text of your notes, or sex and medication records.
- What you say in Talk, and the sentence the assistant couldn't understand, are sent to the AI so it can reply or understand; whether Talk conversations are kept on our server, and for how long, is explained in the Privacy Policy.
- Before you first use an AI feature, you give separate AI data consent. You can withdraw it at any time in Me → Settings → Privacy; after that, nothing more is sent to the AI.
4. AI can be wrong
- AI replies may be inaccurate. They are for reference only, are not medical advice, and can't replace a doctor or professional mental-health help. If you feel unwell, please see a doctor.
- If you mention wanting to hurt yourself, Monthly Rose doesn't call the AI; it shows the crisis lines for your region straight away.
- AI replies pass through filtering on our server before you see them.
5. Where the AI comes from
The AI is provided by a large language model whose algorithm is filed with the Cyberspace Administration of China (filing no. 网信算备 110108823483901230065). We call it from our own server, and data is processed in mainland China. The provider's name and what it processes are listed in the Third-Party Information Sharing List on our website: https://cycleai.iyunci.cn/legal/third-parties
6. Feedback and reports
If the AI produces something inappropriate or harmful, or you have feedback about the AI features, email jubao@iyunci.cn. We'll reply within 15 working days.
